Our Executive Team
My relationship with Perfect Fit Industries covers several years in both the retail and hospitality distribution marketplaces. I joined Perfect Fit to utilize my broad background, extensive home textile knowledge, P&L experience and passion to work with a very talented team to take the Company to the next level of growth and profitability. I intend to apply my personal core values to set the Vision, Values and Culture of the Company. In addition, supporting the Team and our valued customers and trading partners by taking a leading role in creating the Mission to fulfill our promises, deliver superior and differentiated products, solutions and service.
Successfully and consistently delivering bottom line results is my mission. I come to Perfect Fit with over 30 years of experience in the home textile industry, working with the retail and hospitality channels. I have led sales teams for Fieldcrest Cannon Inc, Dan River Home Fashions, Excell Home Fashions, Crown Crafts Inc, WestPoint Home, Town & Country Living and collaborated with licensing and marketing teams in each. I learned early in my career that the key to success is to listen to our customers, then execute with passion and honesty. I am excited to apply my skills to building the Perfect Fit stable of brands by providing great product at a good value with great service.
My passion is product. With over thirty years’ experience in textiles and home furnishings merchandising and product development I want everything we sell to delight our customers. I started in apparel fabrics at Springs Industries and I apply the fashion lessons of apparel to our home products. Having just joined Perfect Fit Industries I want our products to be on trend, of great value to consumers and our retail partners, and of the greatest quality. Our homes have taken on greater significance as statements of our style and our refuge from the increasingly noisy world. I want to take everything I have learned in manufacturing, design and marketing to make your home comfortable, cozy and a Perfect Fit.
My first introduction to Perfect Fit was over 32 years ago when I was buying their product for a major catalog company. Since then, I have concentrated my career in home textiles for retail, catalog, hospitality and B2B sectors. My responsibilities have been focused on global product sourcing and supply chain management. Having traveled the world many times over, I am intimately aware of lean manufacturing techniques, production planning, lead times and supplier negotiations. This breadth of experience allows me to bring my knowledge to a very dedicated team of professionals who share my values for meeting customer expectations for service, product innovation and value.
